Monitoring: Sync Made Easy reserves the right to monitor usage levels to ensure compliance with this Policy. This includes tracking the number of synchronization jobs, frequency of sync operations, and other relevant metrics.

Enforcement: If we determine that a customer's usage is excessive or violates this Policy, we may take corrective actions, including but not limited to:

• Notifying the customer of the excessive usage and requesting a reduction in usage.
• Temporarily or permanently limiting the customer's ability to perform sync operations.
• Terminating the customer's access to the service in cases of severe or repeated violations.
