If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and cancellation applicable for any services that You purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase if your technical issues persist or you are unsatisfied with our service. Please note that refunds requested after 24 hours will not be processed. A refund amount initiated can take up to 3 to 10 working days to reflect in your original mode of payment. Working days exclude bank holidays. Any charges levied during payment will not be refunded. We will only refund the amount received after all the deductions.

Cancellation Policy:

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription within 24 hours without penalty. However, please be aware that no refunds will be provided for unused portions of paid subscription periods. If you do not utilize your paid subscription benefits before it expires, access to the subscription package will automatically terminate.
