This Reasonable Use Policy ("Policy") is intended to ensure that all customers can enjoy a positive experience with Sync Made Easy. Overuse or misuse of the service can degrade the performance and availability of our services for everyone. This Policy sets forth the guidelines for the acceptable use of Sync Made Easy's services.

3. Acceptable Use Normal Usage

Normal Usage: Sync Made Easy is designed to accommodate the normal synchronization needs of our customers. “Normal Usage” refers to the typical and expected use of the service based on the plan a customer has purchased.

API Consumption Notice: Sync Made Easy uses Salesforce API calls for all sync operations, and an unusually high number of syncs may significantly increase API consumption and impact the customer’s available Salesforce API limits.

Prohibited Activities: Customers are prohibited from engaging in activities that result in excessive or abnormal use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Running an unusually high number of sync operations that significantly exceed the average usage patterns of other customers.
• Using automated systems or scripts to trigger continuous sync operations without prior authorization.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service, servers, or connected networks.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Monitoring: Sync Made Easy reserves the right to monitor usage levels to ensure compliance with this Policy. This includes tracking synchronization job counts, sync frequency, API consumption, and other relevant metrics.

Enforcement: If a customer’s usage is deemed excessive or in violation of this Policy, Sync Made Easy may take corrective actions, including but not limited to:

• Notifying the customer about the excessive usage and requesting a reduction in activity.
• Temporarily or permanently limiting the customer’s ability to perform sync operations.
• Terminating access to the service in cases of severe or repeated violations.

5. Exceptions

Customers with unique or exceptional synchronization needs are encouraged to contact our support team. We are committed to working with our customers to find solutions that meet their needs while ensuring fair usage for all.

6. Amendments

Sync Made Easy reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes to the Policy, and the latest version will be available on our website.
